If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate your return, please contact us with your order number, the tracking number of your return, and your choice between refund (not available for pre-ordered pieces), exchange, or store credit. We will then inform you where to ship your return.
On request, we can arrange a pick-up for you. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund depending on the item and your location.

· unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, free of make-up, perfume, or other marks,
· returned in perfect condition, with all accessories, tags and seals attached,
· placed in their original, undamaged box (considered part of the product), packed inside another solid carton for protection,
· shipped from the same country as the original delivery address.
