Orders are shipped with DHL.
France: 1–2 business days
Europe: 1–3 business days
International: 2–5 business days

In Metropolitan France, shipping is free from €500.


For Europe and International, shipping fees are applied per order (including handling, packing, and postage). Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to total weight.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. 
DHL will call you ahead of delivery and a signature will be required.

If you’re unavailable, you can reschedule using your tracking number.

Please note that rural addresses may take longer.

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

For addresses outside our freight partners’ routes, we may contact you before shipping to provide a quote.

Free shipping does not apply, and delivery times may be extended.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and may vary due to payment authorization, stock availability, or force majeure.


We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.


If an order is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect details, shipping and related fees (including duties and taxes) will be deducted from your refund.
