You have 14 days from when your order is received to ship your pieces back for a refund, exchange ou store credit (postmark).

Return costs are your responsibility. For international returns, a prepaid return label can be sent by our customer service by email. The cost of prepaid label will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please ensure to use the proforma invoice sent for your return by our customer service by email and to ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. Sadly no return with customs duties won’t be accepted.

Please always contact EMI MESS by email to bonjour [@] including the tracking number of your return, order number and your choice between refund, exchange or store credit.

The pieces can be returned to the address mentioned by email.

We handle returns and exchanges during business hours.

Once we have received your return safe, please allow up to 14 business days to process and refund it.



Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size or color. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge.

If the requested item is no longer available, a store credit or refund will be issued.

You will receive an email when your return has been processed and the refund sent. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method from which the order was originally paid.

Please allow up to 14 business days for it to be processed and refunded.

A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods (including box, dustbag, hangtag) more than was necessary.

Our refund policy remains unchanged during any commercial operations.

No refund on item requested in preorder or on order paid in several instalments. Only an exchange or store credit will be issued.



-Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.

-Items must be free of make-up, perfums or any other stains.

-Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by any other accessory exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.

-Items must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product. To not damage the original packaging, please make sure to return the items and box inside another solid carton box.

– We do not reimburse your shipping charges for returns

Any merchandise that does not meet the requirements of our Return Policy will not be accepted.
